Why does our New York Health Act event on April 9th culminate in a rally at Lincoln Hospital in the South Bronx? In the lead up to rally, join us for a viewing of the short documentary film Takeover to learn about the historical significance of Lincoln Hospital in the ongoing fight for health justice in New York City. Afterward, we will be virtually joined by former members of the Young Lords, who occupied the hospital in 1970, for a brief Q&A.
