The New York Health Act (A.4738/S.4840) has passed the New York State Assembly 3 years in a row, and is anticipated to pass for a 4th year! We currently have 31 co-sponsors in the New York State Senate- 1 Senator away from majority support!! Support continues to grow in the public and business community as well, with over 400 businesses in New York State endorsing the New York Health Act, along with over 200 unions, community and health organizations, as well as over 15 local municipalities-including Albany Common Council and the Albany County Legislature!!

We will hold our next general meeting on Sunday, June 24th from 4pm-5:30pm at the New York State Nurses Association Conference Room, located at 155 Washington Ave in Albany, NY.
